As in, 'this hurts to look at because she looks so damned good, and she doesn't exist', or something witty and clever like that.
I know what you mean though, I'd say I'm probably turning lesbian by lookin' at 'er too, but that wouldn't really work for me. But, I just can't stop starin', either.
The ears, the hair, the studs, the collar, the leather, the shaaading... the rings, the skull, those pouty lips, the fantabulous background, the miles of smooth inviting skin...
Geez, I better stop talking... I might get us both a little worked up, yeah?

She'd look just as good in clothing, but, what's done is done, and we have to live with it, continuing forward without complaints!
